Professional Biographical Information: Stephen E. Ralph is an Attorney (Duquesne University School of Law, JD 1994), a Degreed Petroleum Engineer (University of Pittsburgh, MS 1987) and a Registered Professional Geologist (University of Pittsburgh, BS 1982).
Attorney Steve Ralph was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar as an Attorney and Counselor at Law in 1994, and has been a Registered Professional Geologist (P.G. license status: active) in the Commonwealth since 1995. As a Corporate Counsel and an Attorney in Private Practice, he has represented individual landowners and corporations in a variety of oil and gas legal matters including; oil and gas lease negotiations and disputes; pipeline negotiations and disputes; as well as addressing complex legal matters. His career includes over four decades of experience in oil and natural gas land administration, leasing, drilling, completions and production operations.
Assisting in the Resolution and Settlement of Disputes
As an Oil and Gas Mediator, Attorney Steve Ralph has an in-depth understanding of a variety of Oil and Gas Mediation issues including:
- Oil and Gas lease interpretation, compliance, and royalty payment matters
